Our Project for the European Day of Languages
It was the beginning of the school year and school had just started in September, when our English teacher asked us to create a Padlet. A Padlet is virtual wall on which we could express our opinions regarding the use of English and other foreign languages nowadays. We worked in groups of four and we tried to emphasize why in our view it is important to study different languages from ours. Reading the different thoughts posted online was very interesting! We also created some podcasts using an App called Fotobabbles and created a QR code for each of them. We then pasted QRcodes and scrrenshots of our Fotobabbles onto a billboard and hang it in the school hallway for everybody to see. The Padlet was made not only by our classed, but also by the students of three other classes who were participating in this same project for the European Day of Languages. |
